The following information is helpful for typesetting Distributome mathematical symbols, formulas and expressions using MathJax.
- Note that the Distributome Wiki pages accept both the standard Wiki Math-type formatting. For example, to write the following expression:
, you can use either of these:
- Standard MediaWiki LaTeX format: \Failed to parse (lexing error): \int_0^{\infty}{\ln (x) dx}\

- MathJax-based math typography:

- For hidden fields (e.g., see Distributome activities) you need to use the following alternatives as analogues of commonly used TeX/LaTeX syntax (as the JavaScript code behind the MathJax and the Hidden-answers plug-ins are incompatible):
- For equal-sign "=", use the
