Dianna wants to conduct a survey on the opinions of UCLA students on the new Carl's Jr. opening on campus. She decides to go through her phone book and do a phone survey of her friends and acquaintances. What is she doing wrong?

(b) She would need a sample of at least 200. She can't possibly have that many friends.
(c) Her sample isn't random.
(d) A phone survey is never a good method.
